The Complete Guide to Getting AdSense Approved Fast

If you are a newbie blogger looking to turn your blog into a money-making blog, Google Adsense is the number one advertising network you can use to monetize your blog.

Every new blogger wants to make money with Adsense, but most of them fail due to the strict policies of Google Adsense.

However, there is good news:

If you follow the basic rules and run your blog like a real business from the very beginning, you can definitely get Google AdSense approval for your new blog.

In this post, you will find tips on Google Adsense approval and seven basic things you should do before applying for Google Adsense.

Let’s dive right in!

How Much Traffic Do You Need for Adsense Approval?

There is no minimum traffic for Adsense. The number of visitors does not matter for Google Adsense approval. Like other ad networks, there is no minimum traffic threshold that must be met.

Even though Google says that traffic is not an approval factor for Google Adsense, my personal experiments show that traffic is important.

After all, without a good amount of traffic, you won’t be able to make much money from your blog.

So, if you are a novice blogger, I suggest you use Pinterest to get targeted traffic to your blog and work on SEO to get free organic traffic from Google.

Things to Do Before Signing Up for Google AdSense

1. Write High-Quality Content

Don’t fill your blog with plagiarized articles. Write unique, valuable, engaging, and quality content for your target audience.

Write in-depth, optimized blog articles of at least 500-600 words.

Also, if you write content that is banned by Adsense, Adsense will not approve your application.

So before you apply for Google Adsense program, make sure that your blog contains high-quality content.

2. Make Your Blog Posts SEO Friendly

You should optimize your high-quality blog content with the Meta title and description tag.

Google Adsense may use its crawler bots to check your complete site because it’s not possible for the Adsense team to visit and review hundreds of websites that have applied for Adsense approval.

If you are using WordPress, install the free Yoast SEO plugin to optimize your blog content for search engines easily.

These simple tactics can help you rank higher on Google too.

3. Write Sufficient Blog Posts

Lifely Sync’s Google Adsense approval was obtained with only seven quality, in-depth blog posts.

In other words, the number is not important; it is the quality of the content that matters.

However, before applying for Google Adsense, try to write a maximum of 15 blog posts and make sure that every page on your blog has enough content.

4. Create Must-Have Pages

There are several pages that your blog must have before you can apply for Google AdSense.

For example, an about page, a privacy policy page, and a contact page.

A privacy policy is required by law when collecting personal information from users and is also required if you want to use Google Adsense ads on your blog.

If you have a business similar to mine, copy my privacy policy page and modify it to suit your needs. Copying and using someone else’s privacy policy will not hurt your blog’s SEO health or reputation.

After all, there are millions of privacy policy pages out there, and they are almost all the same.

5. Make Sure You’re 18+

Adsense Terms and Conditions clearly notify that they only accept applications from applicants who are over 18.

If you’re under 18, you can ask your parents or guardian and sign up for Adsense using their information.

This post contains affiliate links. I may receive a commission for purchases made through these links. This commission comes at no extra cost to you. Also, I don’t recommend anything that I don’t believe in.

6. Ensure You Don’t Use Copyrighted Images

Adsense will not approve your blog if it notices copyrighted content.

Perhaps you are using copyrighted images without the owner’s permission. Remember, this is illegal and harmful to your business.

So make sure you are using images with permission or are using copyright-free images on your blog.

7. Design a User-Friendly and Professional-Looking Blog

You should design a user-friendly site with clear navigation menus to make it easy for visitors to find important pages.

The blog should also be professionally designed and responsive to enhance the user experience.

If you use WordPress, you can easily design a professional-looking blog using a WordPress theme.

Lifely Sync uses Newspaper 12, an easy-to-customize WordPress theme, and is available at Theme Forest.

Applying for Google Adsense

After you have followed all of the above tips and run your blog, you can apply for Google Adsense and get Adsense approval right away for your new blog.

To apply for Adsense, go to the Google Adsense registration page and enter your website details and contact information.

Keep in mind to use your real name, actual address, and correct recipient name when applying for Google Adsense.

Google Adsense Approval Process

Once you sign up for Google Adsense, you will need to add the Adsense code to your blog. Your ad will appear blank until the final approval process is complete. Final review and approval may take 1-2 weeks.

Once the final Adsense approval is complete, you will receive a confirmation email saying that the site “yoursitename.com” is ready to display Adsense ads.

Yes, you can now add ads to your site. Within a few hours, relevant ads will be displayed and you will be able to start earning revenue from your Adsense-approved blog or website.

Once your earnings reach $10, Adsense will mail you a PIN number to verify your address. Log into your Adsense account and enter your PIN.

Congratulations!

You have now completed the entire Google Adsense approval process. Once your earnings reach $100, Google will send the money to your bank account.

Google AdSense Alternatives

Looking for a Google AdSense alternative?

Try Mediavine or Raptive. They have a lot of advertisers, are trustworthy, and offer competitive payouts.

The earning potential of Google AdSense is restricted, despite its ease of setup. Therefore, direct sales of banner ad spaces are more profitable.

Direct sales advertising is more time-consuming to operate than Google AdSense. This includes negotiating prices, creating contracts, and issuing invoices.

However, WordPress ad management plugins like Ad Inserter can simplify the process.

With AdSanity, you can manage your own banner ads as well as Google AdSense.

You can also experiment with affiliate marketing and sponsorships to monetize your blog.

If you apply for Adsense by following all the tips and precautions for Google Adsense approval mentioned above, you can be sure that Google will approve your Adsense account.
